Our HESTA CEO is looking for a highly experienced Executive Assistant.
This will be a pivotal role in driving impactful initiatives and will enable our CEO to continue the critical work she does within the Superannuation sector.
You will be a trusted facilitator and strategic partner to the CEO, expertly managing her calendar, travel, communications, and executive operations.
You will exercise excellent judgement in prioritising the CEO's time, preparing for high-level meetings, and proactively identifying areas to optimise productivity.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience supporting C-suite executives and a deep commitment to HESTA's member-centric values.

Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
Highly articulate communication abilities and discretion.
Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving skills.
