We are seeking an experienced strategic sales leader to manage and grow our Sydney based Business Development and Growth teams and help us expand our business across the ANZ region.
Reporting to the Director, Sales Development, you will be an important contributor to our sales leadership team, leading recruiting, pipeline generation / consumption growth strategy and constructive coaching for our Business Development and Growth Sales team members.
You will have experience driving pipeline generation, leading sales development teams and working with sales and marketing teams.
The impact you will have:Take the primary leadership role in building and scaling an outstanding teamSupport and shape the strategy for pipeline generation within ANZCreate innovative strategies to accelerate new customer acquisition and consumption growthManage your team's pipeline target and be active in coaching team members to be successfulWork with cross-functional regional leaders to maximize the contribution of the teamAnalyze team performance and funnel data to identify and fix inefficienciesWhat we look for:Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Development manager with consistent overachievement against quotaExperience in a quota carrying, end to end sales role with consistent overachievement against quotaExperience growing a sales development team by recruiting and developing BDRs and ISRs, focused on giving people the training and support that they need to succeedProficiency in using Salesforce and Outreach.io, additional experience with other sales tools will be advantageousExperienced in sales processes focused around value selling, prospecting and opportunity qualificationAbility to adapt to a fast paced environmentPassion for cloud, big data and AIAbout Databricks Databricks is the data and AI company.
