About the role:
The Technology Portfolio & Performance team is currently seeking a Specialist ITSM to join them on a Monday-Friday basis at Perth. Reporting to the Manager Service & Portfolio Management, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and supporting IT/OT Service Management (ITSM) processes within the organization.
The role requires expertise in ITSM processes and demonstrated leadership across operational technology to ensure efficient and effective service standards, governance, and support of the company's overall objectives.
Duties:
Develop, Document, and Deploy ITSM processes across the organization, ensuring smooth integration and adoption.
Facilitate continuous improvement and embedment to ensure support, maintenance, and governance for ITSM processes are fit for purpose.
Develop, Define and Facilitate training/workshops to educate employees on ITSM standards and governance.
Monitor and report on the performance of ITSM processes, identifying areas for improvement as well as recommendations to uplift.
Ensure compliance with the business ITSM standards and frameworks.
Provide expert advice and guidance on ITSM process improvements and innovations.
Participate in the design and implementation of short and long-term strategic plans to ensure Service & Portfolio meet the current and future operational requirements of Roy Hill.
Lead positive change with various stakeholders from senior leadership to technical SME and external partners on our standards and governance.
Collate and present meaningful reports across all levels of business.
Skills and Experience:
ITSM/ITIL knowledge and demonstrated experience in Operational Technology.
Strong organization skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing diverse and technical teams, including overseeing people performance and driving operational excellence.
Exhibiting advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to delve beyond the superficial, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
Ability to positively influence and collaborate with key stakeholders across organizational levels to identify opportunities for improvement and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
Demonstrated experience in Release, Change, Configuration, and Deployment Management in a large organization with a complex environment.
Demonstrate and support leadership behaviors that drive a high-performance culture, that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
