This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Business Development Manager who is a high-achiever with a proven record of accomplishment in managing relationships and closing negotiations.
You are an accomplished go-getter who will work closely with clients to manage their access-control needs and to develop new markets.
What you will do with us: Maintain and develop customer relationships with existing and new customers.Explore and identify new business opportunities including niche markets.Develop client business plans considering customer needs and their product requirements.Successfully network to discover new projects where our product solutions will meet customer requirements.Respond to, and coordinate, tenders and quotations for targeted projects.Continuously develop clients through new projects and solutions.Maintain daily sales activities including quoting and responding to client enquiries.What you will bring to this role: A highly motivated and enthusiastic personality.Previous experience and knowledge in the Security and Access Control industry will be highly regarded.Excellent communication skills, outgoing and experienced in working at different levels of organisations such as building managers, consultants, architects and specifiers.Proven record of accomplishment in managing relationships and closing negotiations.A proven record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.Security licenses will be highly regarded but not essential.
