The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing Revesby branch.
This full-time national role offers a unique opportunity to manage and grow sales pipelines, develop strategies, and build relationships in the Consumer Power sector.
You'll report to the National Sales Manager – Consumer Power and collaborate with internal teams to exceed sales targets.
What's on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package, including car and fuel allowance.Mobile phone, laptop, and employee product discounts.Professional growth and development opportunities.Supportive and engaging team environment.Access to employee engagement events and the opportunity to work on exciting projects.Key Responsibilities Drive and manage sales opportunities within the Consumer Sector.Develop strategies and activities to support both new & existing customer relationships.Research and identify sales pipelines and support campaigns across the mass retail and dealer channel markets.Forecast monthly and annual sales for assigned and new accounts.Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects that matches the company's strategies.Stay across industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management.Proficient in using Salesforce CRM system.Present sales and marketing programs that cultivate opportunities and secure orders.What You'll Need to Be Successful Proven experience in developing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in power generation or small engines.Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage pricing and margins.Proficient in Salesforce CRM and other sales tools.Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Self-motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills.Willingness to travel and engage directly with clients and industry events.Why Join Us?
