It's work you can feel good about.The opportunityThe National Manager Consumer Experience is responsible for leading and driving a best practice consumer experience framework across Regis.This includes leading, supporting and coordinating:Regis' feedback framework (compliments, complaints and suggestions for improvement), including responsibility for the RiscNet feedback moduleRegis' Consumer Advisory BodiesConsumer experience mechanisms, such as consumer experience surveysContinuous improvement systems for partnering with consumersEducation and training to support consumer experience and engagementSuccess in this role will be built upon strong relationships with all stakeholders.The important role you'll playProvide coordination, support, coaching and guidance across Regis to ensure best practice feedback management systems are in placeProvide coordination, support, coaching and guidance across Regis to ensure best practice consumer experience and engagement systems are in placeSupport clinical governance and quality management reportingFacilitate education and training program in feedback and consumer experience and engagementSkilfully lead and support projects related to Consumer Experience and AdvocacyDevelop and lead a high performing, highly effective teamDeliver excellent customer service, contribute to team culture and positive working relationshipsContribute to a safe, compliant living and working environmentWhat you'll bring to the roleQualified Health Practitioner – AHPRA registered and current with no conditionsAt least 5 years management experience or similar role in Health Care or Aged Care or similar disciplineHighly effective written and spoken communication skillsAn ability to establish and maintain effective and productive relationships with consumers and external partnersDemonstrated understanding of regulatory systems and accreditation standards as applicable to aged careDemonstrated understanding of quality management principles and practices with an emphasis on feedback management and consumer experience and engagementExperience in leading and managing a teamHighly developed understanding of feedback management, consumer experience and engagement, regulatory compliance and quality management systems and processesProven ability to collect and analyse data, report on findings and develop recommendations for improvementUnderstanding of the legislative, regulatory and medico-legal related requirements applicable to feedback and consumer experience and engagementProven success in project managementAbility to provide staff education and training programs that promote organisational capability for best practice quality managementAbility to be self-directed and maintain progress in multiple activities at the same time, having strong organisational and time management skillsStrong analytical skills with ability to distil information and effectively communicate in writing and verbal to stakeholders to influence changeCommitment to privacy and confidentiality at all timesKnowledge of the application of Federal, State and Local Government Regulations, Statutes, Acts as they pertain to all aspects of operating within the aged care sectorTo work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, supply an NDIS worker screening clearance, current year flu vaccination, and certification proof.What our people love about working hereAs a team that supports older people to live life on their terms, we genuinely care - for our people, our work and the elderly.
