Meriton has designed, developed and built more than 78,000 award-winning apartments and some of the tallest residential towers across the east coast of Australia.
Meriton offers sales, leasing, and property management services, as well as the luxury hotel accommodation brand Meriton Suites with 23 locations nationwide.
Supporting the onsite Residential Building Manager, this role will assist with the overall running and management of a vibrant and active residential development.
This is an interesting role with a diverse range of day-to-day responsibilities.
The successful candidate will enjoy dealing with a range of tenants, owners, and contractors on a daily basis and have excellent people skills.
You will also be involved with property management and assist with the following:
Leasing, property inspections, and maintenance managementBuilding presentation, inspection, and facilities managementActing as a point of contact for all owners and tenantsThis is an excellent opportunity to grow and expand your career with Australia's leading Property Developer.
The ideal candidate will have any of the following background or experience:
Real Estate Experience of around 6 months or moreStrong customer service experience and an interest in the real estate marketAll successful candidates must have an Assistant Agent Certificate in Real Estate – Sales and Leasing certificate as well as provide a current criminal history check.
Candidates must have full, unlimited, and permanent rights to work in Australia.
The successful applicant will be solutions-focused with strong communication skills, ready to reach targets alongside their manager and have the ability to negotiate and influence.
You must also demonstrate a strong customer focus, computer literacy, and a proactive approach to work.
Saturday work will be required when open for inspections are scheduled.
