This is the frontline team that truly has an impact on our customers, daily.Join our Enterprise Sales team and help bring MYOB's big-business software to new customers, driving growth and making a real difference.In this role, you'll own your territory, build strong relationships, and show new clients the value MYOB can deliver. Partnering with our Sales Manager and Solution Consultants, you'll use your sales expertise to get results and grow our customer base.You'll be part of a creative, driven team passionate about solving business challenges and delivering real outcomes – all while smashing quotas and keeping things running efficiently.What will keep you busy...Meet acquisition sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis through the creation of customer-centric solutions.Manage your territory with a clear plan for expansion that prioritises time and effort for maximum impact.Build and nurture new business networks, generating leads, and managing a full sales cycle from qualification to close.Collaborate with marketing to carry out campaigns that drive sales and customer outcomes.Stay on top of product knowledge, competitor insights, and industry trends to offer expert advice and solutions.Use sales tools to deliver professional presentations, proposals, and value insights to clients.Maintain accurate records in Hubspot and ensure strong post-sale follow-ups for referrals and ongoing success.What we'd love to see from you...A proven sales track record, including exceeding quotas and winning new customers in SaaS or technology solution sales.Expertise in value-based and solution selling, especially with ERP, Payroll, or Financial Services solutions.Experience managing sophisticated sales cycles with multiple customers in industries like manufacturing, wholesale, retail, or construction (preferred).Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with an ability to influence those around you.Customer-focused approach, with resilience and a commitment to achieving results.Outstanding planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.Knowledge of MYOB Acumatica ERP or similar products (desirable) and a curiosity about innovative thinking.Our Culture & BenefitsOur values have stood the test of time.
