Where the team fits in
The Advertising Specialist Sales team is responsible for driving growth of REA's core digital advertising and marketing solutions for our Residential customers using realestate.com.au.
You will be the sales expert working in a cross-functional team known as a HIVE which consists of members who manage Relationships, Success, and Support.
With realestate.com.au being the number one destination for people interested in property in Australia, as you can imagine - the group of legends working on our little red house are very passionate about what they do.

What the role is all about:
The Sales Specialist, Advertising will act as the subject matter expert and will achieve revenue growth and targets by conversion and product uptake of Advertising solutions:
Partner with the Relationship Manager and work independently to identify the right customers to target for advertising solutions.
Build rapport effectively, understand customer needs quickly, and close opportunities efficiently.
Expert in pipeline management - seek out new revenue while also converting identified opportunities from your Hive team or marketing programs.
Work collaboratively with the Hive team and other specialist sales teams to ensure customer experience is considered when doing a deal.
Understand competitive landscape and point of differentiation to sell the right solution.
What we're looking for
Someone who can build, manage and efficiently convert their own pipeline of opportunities within Salesforce.
Proven track record of business development and sales skills – we are looking for hunters who chase targets.
Ability to build relationships fast with internal stakeholders as well as customers.
Team player; no role is more important than the other in the Hive.
Knowledge of property and marketing methods helpful.
Advertising and online experience highly desirable.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Previous use of CRM systems.
Solution-focused approach to tricky situations.
Ability to work productively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
