The role As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Front Desk while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and maintaining professional standards.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the shift, ensuring check-in and check-out services are provided to guests and visitors to Crown Towers in accordance with established service standards.
This is a permanent full-time position with opportunities for future development.
About you You'll bring the following:
Understanding of Hotel Property Management SystemsDemonstrated experience in providing high-level service standards and requirementsProven display of high commitment to improving Customer ServicePassionate about inspiring team members and improving/developing their skillsAbility to liaise with a range of stakeholdersStrong time management, attention to detail, and multitasking skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all timesDemonstrated conflict resolution skillsThis role requires:
