The Hotel Duty Manager at Crown Promenade will lead the Front Office team to ensure a smooth and successful service experience for all guests.In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests.
As well as:Partner with all internal Hotel departments, managing the day-to-day Rooms Division Operation while upholding Crown brand standards.Motivate and lead a team of dedicated employees and enforce OH&S standards to maintain a safe working environment.Anticipate the needs of guests, provide exceptional service and promptly handle any escalated complaints or issues.About youYou'll bring the following:Extensive experience in hotel front office operations in a similar leadership position.Experience in developing, coaching and motivating a team.Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA).Additional InformationTo be successful you MUST have:Full unrestricted Australian working rights.Responsible Service of Alcohol (or be able to obtain one).This role requires flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotational roster including weekends, overnights and public holidays.What you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
