In this role, you'll lead our ambitious A/B testing program, focused on optimising digital journeys for various insurance products.
Your aim: boost conversion rates, revenue, and efficiency while prioritising customer experience.
As the A/B testing champion, you'll collaborate closely with product owners, underwriters, and marketing experts to execute tests effectively.
You'll oversee test implementation in a regulated environment and continuously refine our testing process.

Cultivate a culture of experimentation and drive ideation for future tests.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwnership of A/B testing program and capabilitiesOwnership of complex end-to-end testing process from ideation to analysisWork with stakeholders from across the business to identify opportunities for A/B testingDevelop proposals for optimisation projects for a broad range of internal stakeholdersWork with UX/UI Specialists, Developers and Testers to build and deliver testsImplement tests via A/B testing softwareMonitor ongoing tests and provide frequent reporting on progressDeliver concise and engaging analysis and reporting on concluded tests for a wide range of audiencesEnsure business and compliance approval of all optimisation projectsWhat Experience You'll BringFamiliarity with A/B testing in a digital environmentGoogle Optimize, Adobe Target or similar digital optimisation softwareGoogle Analytics (Google BigQuery, Google Data Studio highly regarded)Basic understanding of statistical concepts behind A/B testingMS ExcelAgile experience highly regardedLocationClose to a variety of public transport and easy parking options, the Toowong office has excellent end of trip facilities (including secure bike storage and showers), outdoor spaces and plenty of modern collaborative areas to work and connect with colleagues.
