We are looking for a Solution Sales Engineer to help build and improve our unique enterprise solutions.
The role will be critical to establishing our technology within large and small organisations – solving real problems that companies face every day.
What you'll be doing Create demos and PoCs, define customer requirements and develop innovative technical solutionsWork closely with the Sales team to help move opportunities efficiently from first contact to contract signedTake responsibility for customer presentations, demonstrations, industry events and technical workshopsCollaborate with stakeholders on user requirements and feedback for featuresApply various feedback channels to improve designs or solutionsMeasure customer value, usage patterns and other metrics of valueContribute to product/solution architecture and testing design with technical leadershipContinuously improve our ability to deliver quality customer outcomes by helping to evolve our technical sales process and documentationWhat you'll bring to the role Proven Solution Engineering / Solution Sales or PreSales experienceStrong customer-facing skills, including presentations, product demonstrations and RFP responsesExperience with designing and implementing technical solutions within large organisationsAbility to work effectively with key system integrators to develop and package solutionsKnowledge of Microsoft stackKnowledge of Digital IdentityMotivation and an ability to understand and solve complex problems, and an understanding of how to explain these to business and technology stakeholdersWhy Join Us?
