Northpark is looking to employ Registered Nurses for their Peri-Operative Services Unit.

We are searching for enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurse with sound experience in scrub/scout with a focus on ENT & MaxilloFacial to assist our Perioperative Services Manager in the leadership and clinical support of the theatre team.
Position Responsibilities – The position is responsible for providing clinical leadership to the unit to complement the strategic direction, operational processes and quality management of all patients.
With the assistance and direction of the Peri-Operative Services Manager and Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide clinical operational direction for the unit to ensure efficient and effective management by coordinating the delivery of nursing care that is evidence based.
You will be accountable and responsible for the effective daily management of human, financial and material resources.
Northpark is a 127 bed facility with five operating theatres, Maternity, Surgical & medical and Mental Health Services.
With Latrobe Private Hospital now open we are excited to see the two hospitals come together and complement each other with our various and growing services.
Selection Criteria: Current Registration with AHPRASound clinical knowledgeCompliance with ACQSHC National standardsWorking with Children check (if relevant)Experience in the Acute setting/relevant to position advanced skills (at least 12 months experience in Gynaecology)Degree in relevant specialty areaExemplary interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent customer service focus, time management and prioritisationAbility to manage a dynamic and changing environment.High degree of computer literacy including MS office and various databasesFor further enquiries: Mirriam Muganiwa or
