About the Role:
As the Used Car Sales Manager at Downtown Toyota , you'll play a key leadership role in overseeing all aspects of the used car department.
From managing inventory and maximizing sales to ensuring exceptional guest experiences and developing innovative sales strategies, you'll be at the forefront of our dealership's success.

Working closely with the General Sales Manager and leadership team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our used car operations, foster a positive team environment, and drive the continued growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the used car sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Manage used car inventory effectively, ensuring the right mix of vehicles to meet market demand.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities and profitability.
Oversee trade-in valuations, pricing strategies, and stock rotation.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and other departments within the dealership.
Provide coaching and mentoring to staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, staying ahead of industry developments.
Ensure compliance with Toyota's operational standards and uphold the dealership's values of excellence and integrity.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in used car sales management at a dealership level, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills – you know how to motivate, inspire, and drive success.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both with internal teams and external customers.
A thorough understanding of used car inventory management, pricing, and market dynamics.
