Due to unprecedented demand, Cars4Us are seeking a high level candidate to join our team of retail automotive Sales Specialists at our Eagle Farm location. With over 800 vehicles in stock and over 200 leads per month you will be setup for success from day one. Cars4Us is a privately operated Used Car destination that has quickly become the largest under-roof used vehicle warehouse on the East Coast. We actively promote and drive a dynamic, fast paced environment with a growing team of employees who enjoy achieving and celebrating success.You must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as a high performing Used Car Sales Consultant to be considered for this role. Candidates with less experience may be considered based upon proven outstanding performance.You must be able to demonstrate that you have the ability to perform at the highest level over an extended period of time, showing the following attributes:Proven sales background reaching and exceeding set targetsCommitment to achieving outstanding levels of customer service and satisfactionMaximise walk in traffic, phone and online enquiriesGood organisational skills and attention to detailMaintain a high level of product knowledgeProven ability to be an outstanding team playerMinimum of current motor salesperson registration with Office of Fair TradingCurrent and valid drivers license with no restrictionsWhat we Offer:5 day week & scheduled RDO'sVery enticing salary package on offer for the right candidate with potential earnings of over $200,000 p/a with uncapped commissionsSalary + super with an option for a company car by negotiationCertified Great Place to WorkA welcoming and supportive team environmentEmployee Assistance Program Sonder for 24/7 support for employees and their familiesAll the tools of the trade to ensure your successImportantly, we're not looking to "fill a role" we're looking for someone who shares our vision for the future, someone who thrives on goals and KPI's and someone who is utterly determined to meet and maintain our client satisfaction.
