About the Role
HR Business Partners are valued and respected at Onkaparinga, and you will be a role model to staff at all levels.
This is a privileged position which requires impeccable communication, integrity and commitment.
Our aim is to establish ourselves as trusted advisors, offering guidance and support to enhance sound leadership decisions.
Your portfolio will include our Operations divisions incorporating key functions such as fleet, civil maintenance, waste and recycling, parks and natural resources, facilities and building maintenance, assets, and construction projects.

We're looking for a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a natural rapport-builder, and the ability to balance operational needs with employee wellbeing.

We are eager to connect with highly skilled and experienced HR professionals; however, we prioritise attitude and EQ, a solution-focused mindset, customer ethos and a hunger for learning over sheer experience.
Selection Criteria
Extensive HR and employee relations experience within a medium to large sized, complex organisation.
Experience in providing a high-level consultancy service to management at all levels with regards to interpretation and providing expert / specialist and strategic advice on employee relations, employment legislation, awards, and enterprise agreement matters.
Demonstrable experience working with leaders to align resourcing to the achievement of service delivery.
Investigation and case management experience.
Understanding of the nature and challenges of a skilled trade workforce.
