Transport Services Supervisor

Department: Transport Services - Operations - Salvage Team
We are looking for a reliable, customer-friendly, and fast-learning person to join our Transport Services team.
The position available is a full-time role, working Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
This is a hybrid position where the successful candidate will predominantly work from home with regular office days as required (office located in Belmore, NSW).
Your main responsibilities will include: Managing a remote team that mostly work from homeThe ongoing allocation and distribution of transport requests to team membersUndertake auditing of transport requests for compliance with requirementsOversee and monitor team productivity to ensure tasks are completed and KPIs are achievedManage escalated issues as required, and positively resolve problemsLiaise professionally and effectively with relevant internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers as requiredManage and approve leave requests of your teamConduct monthly and annual performance discussions and regularly meet with staff as requiredConduct regular team meetings to communicate relevant informationPromote a positive team cultureCoach, train, mentor, and support team members to achieve personal and company objectivesAssist in day-to-day team tasks as required to meet objectivesSome administration tasks updating in various in-house systems will be requiredABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
