Working in the Medical Devices Industry, you will be exposed to a broad range of products that have life changing effects on a patient's quality of life.
Meet the Team:Join our passionate Diabetes Division as an Associate Professional Education Manager for a 12-month maternity leave contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for a credentialed diabetes educator to combine their clinical expertise with a commercial background.
You'll play a pivotal role in educating healthcare professionals and people with diabetes on AMSL's innovative products, contributing to the growth and success of our division.

Where You Come In:You will develop and deliver comprehensive clinical and technical training on AMSL diabetes products to a range of audiences, including endocrinologists, GPs, nurse practitioners, and people with diabetes.You will collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create and review healthcare professional (HCP) resources, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.You will support the management and improvement of the healthcare professional learning management system.You will provide clinical expertise to internal stakeholders, sharing relevant clinical papers and insights.You will assist the Manager of Professional Education in coordinating local and national educational events, conferences, and presentations.You will liaise with education teams from principal companies to ensure their training standards are met.You will monitor competitor activities and stay up-to-date on market trends.You will build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and healthcare professionals within the diabetes community.What Makes You Successful:You have a solid understanding of the Australian healthcare system, especially in diabetes care.Your background as a diabetes educator, with hands-on experience in diabetes devices, makes you an asset.You can effectively manage multiple projects, staying organized and delivering results on time.You have a keen attention to detail and thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.You are an experienced presenter, comfortable delivering impactful education both in-person and virtually.Your communication skills allow you to engage, influence, and deliver results across written and verbal channels.You are self-motivated, independent, and thrive in a dynamic environment while also being a collaborative team player.Your project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities help you drive success.You are proficient with technology and various software tools, ensuring smooth operations.You demonstrate respect, professionalism, and the ability to make clear, objective decisions.Essential Requirements:Bachelor's degree in health or scienceGraduate certificate in Diabetes EducationCurrent or working towards CDE status with the Australian Diabetes Educator Association (ADEA)Valid driver's licenseEligible for a Working with Children's CheckUnrestricted work rights in AustraliaHighly Regarded:Experience in a similar role, particularly in diabetes or medical devices.Experience developing educational and training materials for healthcare professionals, including online learning management systems.What you'll get: A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
