Clinical Research Nurse (Registered Nurse)We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Clinical Research Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join our dynamic team at Nucleus Network.As the only global phase 1 clinical trials specialist with facilities in both the USA and Australia, we are committed to "advancing medicine and improving lives" by attracting exceptional talent.Since our founding in 2004, Nucleus Network has successfully conducted over 1500 phase 1 clinical trials for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies from the USA, Europe, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and China.Our organization is characterized by our core values, outstanding work culture, dedication to staff development, and commitment to providing an optimal work environment.Join us on this exciting journey of growth and gain world-class experience working with some of the most innovative biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies globally.Key responsibilitiesAssisting in the coordination and supervision of staff and participants within the clinical unitEnsuring procedures and guidelines are conducted to industry standardsAdministering Investigational Products, prescription, and medicationsProviding general nursing care, monitoring patient's well-being and taking appropriate action when necessaryConduct procedures such as vital signs, ECG's, blood collection, blood processing, and data collectionWhen required, acting as the nurse in charge and working within a higher scope of practiceRequirementsRegistered Division 1 Nurse with AHPRA (no restrictions)2 years minimum post-graduate experience in an acute care settingEnthusiastic, driven, positive, and highly motivatedMust have excellent time management skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with participants and other health care professionalsAble to work independently and effectively in a teamMaintain a professional level of confidentialityAvailability to commit to morning, afternoon, and night shifts across a rotating 7-day rosterAble to commit to a minimum of 3 shifts per weekIf you are interested in applying for this position, please include a CV and cover letter with your application.At Nucleus Network, we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive space where every individual feels they can be their full selves.
