A specialist division of Access Group Australia, Access Hire has continued to be one of the most trusted hire companies in the area, with a strong brand presence and reputation in the industry.We have a very strong and dedicated team who enjoy working in our fast-paced, high-performing, collaborative, safe and entrepreneurial environment.We would like to hear from experienced, hungry and results-driven Area Sales Managers for our St Marys branch.
The key focus of this role will be the establishment of new accounts and increasing awareness of our brand, available services and product range in the NSW market.This is a challenge that will reinvigorate your passion and drive for sales; we offer a generous base salary plus superannuation, which is coupled with unlimited earning potential as you will also be part of our uncapped commission structures.Other duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Identifying new business opportunities and potential revenue streams.Establishing yourself as an industry client solution partner.Driving revenue growth to meet and exceed agreed-upon targets on a monthly and annual basis.Establishing and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate quotes and advice on hire and sales solutions.Liaise with clients to provide updates on job progress, delivery schedules, and any issues related to transport services or rentals.Spending time in the field by conducting customer site visits that strengthen business relationships.As well as a person who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement, we are looking for someone with a hunter's mentality; a real hunger and drive to seize any opportunity regardless of what challenges may arise, in addition to this they will have;Previous experience, ideally 2+ years, in a similar position with a successful track record for achieving results through influence.Experience within the Hire industry working with access equipment will be highly regarded.Hardworking with a results driven mentality.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.The ability to effectively work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and successfully prioritise work.The ability to plan ahead with exceptional time management skills.Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience.Initiative, the ability to present new ideas or approach to their role embracing continuous improvement.A fun, energetic and hardworking approach.A desire for longevity with their employer, turning a role into a career.Current driver's license.Benefits of Joining the Access HireCompetitive base salary plus uncapped commission arrangements - your ability to earn is only limited by your own motivationFully maintained motor vehicle, Fuel Card, laptop and mobile phone.The opportunity of working for a well-established, secure, and growing organisation.On-going training and development for your personal and professional growth.Inspirational leadership that is eager to help you and your team succeed.Employee Recognition Program to celebrate your successes.A positive and dynamic workplace, with an on-going commitment to continuous improvement and your personal development.A safe workplace with a very strong focus on ZERO harm - every day.How to ApplyThis is a great opportunity to work in a progressive and dynamic team within a secure and stable industry.
