Business Development Manager - Bearings and Power Transmission ProductsMy client is a large designer and distributor of specialized engineered solutions within the power transmission and bearings industry.
The company has continued its growth and expansion across the east coast and is continuing this into 2025.
Their specialty comes in the form of their drive systems, gear motors, gearboxes, inverters, bearings, and all other aspects of the power transmission industry where they primarily target the process industries, motion, robotics, and manufacturing.
The Role The company wants to begin 2025 with a bang and this involves growing their team.
An opportunity for a technically minded and experienced sales professional has opened with a full-time permanent role.
This role will be an external sales position that will see you dedicate yourself to a strong territory that will be worked to suit your location.
You will spend 3 to 4 days out on the road meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing technical knowledge and solutions for them.
You will also form part of a larger Sydney team where you will work with your team members on not just individual results but drive sales and initiatives as a team.
The team consists of motivated and driven industry professionals, and they are looking for someone just like them to become part of the culture.
About You Current experience within a technical external sales roleSound understanding of industrial gearmotors, gearboxes, inverters, drives, bearings, etc.Confidence and experience to manage and grow your own territoryAble to work independently and to your own standards but also as a team playerGenuine passion for the industry and advancing and emerging technologyOn Offer The company provides a fantastic culture, genuine opportunities for growth, a team environment, work-life balance, and all the tools for you to succeed.
