For the right Business Development Manager, this is a unique chance to step into a role that not only promises success but offers the platform to make a real impact in the industry.The RoleAs the new Senior Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding the company's property management portfolio.
While you'll be supported by an incredible team of sales agents to help bring in new business, this is a role for someone who thrives on taking the initiative and generating their own opportunities.You'll spend your days meeting prospective clients, attending open homes, and building strong relationships that translate into lasting partnerships.
Your ability to promote the business with passion and professionalism will set you apart and ensure your success.
You will: Proactively seek and convert new business opportunities.Prepare and deliver compelling property appraisals.Build and maintain a high-performing client database.Liaise with property owners, tenants, and internal teams to deliver seamless service.Conduct property open homes and manage client onboarding with confidence.Develop strong relationships with referral partners, buyers' agents, and internal stakeholders.Take ownership of self-generating leads to drive sustained business growth.The CandidateThis is a role for someone who's ready to take the next step in their career and be part of something truly special with the ability to lead a team of BDMs.
To be successful, you'll need:At least 3 years of experience in property business development.A current Certificate of Registration and compliance with CPD requirements.Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.Proven success in generating and converting new business opportunities.A genuine passion for client relationships and business growth.Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills to build trust and confidence with clients.A valid driver's license.Why This Role?This isn't just another job—it's a chance to be part of a company that values your contributions and provides the autonomy and support to excel.
