About the role: Tradewind is seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Design and Tech teacher to join our vibrant, community-focused school located in the heart of Bondi, in Sydney's eastern suburbs.
In this role, you will teach Textiles, Food tech, 3D printing and cutting.
The school is a collaborative, high-performing Independent K-12 Co-Educational College, with approximately 1400 students and 150 staff members, who pride themselves on fostering a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

Key Duties: Demonstrate a genuine passion for Design and Tech subjects, inspiring and engaging students.Experience teaching Design and Tech subjects required (Textiles/Food tech/3D Cutting).Thrive in a collaborative, high-performing teaching environment.Develop and deliver high-quality teaching and learning programs tailored to student needs.Skills & Experience: Secondary teacher qualification, Design and Tech as method.NSW Experience highly regarded.Hold a valid and up to date NESA registration.Hold a valid Working with Children Check.Have unrestricted working rights in Australia.Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references.Offering: Stage 4 Design and Tech.Term 1 2025, part-time position.24hrs per week.Ongoing professional support.Salary based on your proven experience, with a range of $91,186 - $129,142 - prorated to part-time.Salary above MEA agreement.The school: Salary above the Multi Enterprise Agreement level.Convenient location in Sydney's East.Continuous professional development to support your teaching career.Well-equipped classrooms that provide a dynamic environment for interactive learning.Why work for Tradewind: Work with an organisation that is relentless in securing quality opportunities in a personalised way.Relevant and real information about roles.No joining fees/other fees.Resume and Key Selection Criteria assistance.Interview tips and preparation provided.Professional development by two Principal mentors on a consistent basis.How to apply:
