About The RoleInitially reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Business Relationship Manager, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting all marketing, Referrer Support Specialists, and business development activities as required in order to increase referrer numbers and business market share.The Marketing Specialist is mainly responsible for the creation and production of quality promotional materials, organising events, evaluating customer research, market conditions and building effective and collaborative relationships with staff and referrers.To promote the benefits of and access to high quality diagnostic imaging services provided by our group and contribute to the efficient imaging, reporting services and over all care of Apex Radiology, the key responsibilities include but are not limited to;Manage the marketing budgetUpdate, develop and implement communications calendarMarketing campaign development and implementationDeliver campaigns & assist with creation of referrer surveysRun produce reports & presentations for Senior Teams from application's - COMBI as requestedSupport the IDX Digital Media Specialist to maintain and provide local updates to websites with new content, site promotions, new services as requiredOrganise photography for new equipment, sites, radiologists and service promotions for clinicsLiaise with RIS team to maintain database for referrersAssist with the management of clinical MDM's.Event ManagementOther administrations duties as requestedProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteSite Visits as requiredAbout YouAt least two years' experience in Healthcare Marketing.Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, communications or related discipline preferred.Display an understanding and application of principles in strategic marketing including market identification and segmentationDemonstrated experience in web design management, graphic design and electronic presentations.Use of multiple communication channels to meet marketing objectives e.g., email marketing, print, radio advertisementsHighly developed time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple activitiesHigh level of attention to detailDemonstrated experience in providing excellent client communications and experience in issue and complaint resolution.Demonstrated experience in using advanced digital products, Microsoft suite, Adobe SuiteBenefits, Culture & Well-being ????Excellent remuneration structureAnnual corporate conference and recognition awardCareer and Professional Development opportunitiesPaid parental leave & discounted private health insuranceTHRIVE Wellbeing Program offering Emotional, Financial, Physical and Social opportunities.Modern working facilities, Easy parking and accessible locationAccess to our Employee Assistance Program EAPDiscounted Medical ImagingAbout UsApex Radiology is one of the leading providers of diagnostic imaging services in Western Australia and is part of the Integral Diagnostics (IDX Group); one of largest radiology providers in Australia and New Zealand.We provide comprehensive Radiology services to private medical facilities, public hospitals, WACHS (Western Australia Country Health Service) as well as operate a series of stand-alone medical imaging practices across Western Australia.How To ApplySimply visit https://www.integraldiagnostics.com.au/page/join-us/current-vacancies/ to update your interest in this role via our candidate portal.
