About the Role:
We are looking for a go-getter, someone with drive, proficiency, well-presented, and a positive attitude to support a busy finance brokerage on a full-time, in-office basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Build rapport with clients Solicit information proactively to expedite the loan process Engage regularly with Brokers Liaise with our Mortgage Brokers, Lenders, Clients, and key stakeholders Guide clients through the loan application process Process applications from broker handover to loan approval Assist brokers with tasks such as discharges, pricing, policy, and servicing What We Offer

About You
You are a motivated and skilled mortgage broker with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial dreams.
You possess a deep understanding of loan products and excel at tailoring mortgage solutions to meet each client's unique needs.
Your excellent communication skills enable you to guide clients through the mortgage process easily, and your keen attention to detail ensures accuracy and efficiency in every transaction.
You are dedicated to building strong relationships with clients and partners, making you an essential asset to our team.
Required Skills
Excel in a fast-paced environment Work independently and as part of a team Relevant experience in a Banking/Broking role Excellent communication skills and dedication to setting realistic client expectations Strong problem-solving skills Required Knowledge & Qualifications
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma Ability to self-generate business through your own network Satisfy responsible lending obligations and BID requirements Experience as a mobile lender, broker, or parabroker required Impact and Purpose
