What We're Looking For: Proven Sales Expertise: A successful track record in sales with a drive to help customers make sustainable choices. Confident Closers with Integrity: Bold, decisive sales pros with a close rate of 40% or higher, committed to ethical practices and prioritizing customers' needs. Advanced Quoting Knowledge: Proficiency in solar installation quotes and variance handling, ensuring each customer receives a fair, customized offer. High Earners & High Achievers: Our top consultants make $250k+ annually.
