What this role involves Assist and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office & Food & Beverage teamSupervise and monitor team members with true leadership ability that motivates the entire teamEnsure all levels of service run smoothlyManage financial outcomesUnderstand all licensing and operating legislation affecting the department, including the Liquor ActMaintain stock levelsHire, develop, and coach team membersAttend all scheduled F&B and other relevant meetings when requiredHandle customer complaints Qualifications

Hotel Morris is an 82-room hotel opened in June 2023. We have a small team with a 'family' mentality where we help each other. The successful candidate for this role can speak English, has similar experience, and is passionate about making a guest smile and maintaining a clean room while leading your own team on weekends when our housekeeping manager is away or on leave. You MUST be able to work a flexible roster and weekends.
