Dynamic Refrigeration Solutions is a rapidly expanding local Darwin based company, which specialises in the supply, installation and service of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
We currently have a full-time position available for an Administration Assistant, to provide administrative support to our Service Division.

About the Role:
As the Administration Assistant, you will be required to provide administrative support to the Managers and team at DRS.
The successful applicant will need to have:
High level of verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide assistance over the phone
Time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing duties
Attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks in an accurate and timely manner
Capacity to take on new challenges and think logically
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
Accurately handle all incoming calls in a professional manner
Able to obtain quotes and correspond with suppliers and co-ordinate the ordering of parts, general purchases and follow ups to ensure products are available in the given timeline for clients
Raise purchase orders and undertake data entry
Provide general administrative support across the office as required
