About the role Manage all daily administration tasks including documentation, formatting, typing correspondence and support with any site reporting.
Basic payroll data entry and timesheet collation and attend to staffing roster.
Ensure flights and accommodation bookings are completed for all staff within project team.
Maintain site personnel files ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
Manage mobilisation of new staff to site including profile set up and documents uploaded correctly on clients portals.
About Us Eastern Guruma is a Civil & Mining contractor providing earthworks, construction, plant & equipment and labour services to the mining, government, civil construction & facility management sectors.

Key Criteria At least 2 years' experience within high volume administrative role.
Prior mining/civil experience Demonstrated experience in data entry and maintaining records Familiarity with Microsoft office and excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management skills.
