Job Description
The Investor Services team is responsible to provide a spectrum of Transfer Agency servicing to our clients.
The individual appointed to this position will have to deliver the highest service level to clients and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist direct manager to manage and supervise the team on all tasks including transaction processing, KYC/AML document reviews, FATCA/CRS reporting, and other client reporting; Control and monitor the processes and delivery to ensure we meet all agreed KPIs; Promote and provide training/demo to clients on the use of the SS&C portal; Timely response to inquiries from fund managers, investors, and auditors; Handle new client onboarding; ensure all internal setups meet the needs of the clients; Build and maintain good relationships with clients; Participate in system enhancement projects to improve reporting quality or operational efficiency of the process.
CREDENTIALS
Minimum 5 years experience in Transfer Agency/Investor Services; preferably in hedge funds; Excellent communication and client service skills, with the ability to work within a team toward timely and accurate production; Experience working as a supervisor and ability to multi-task; Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime.
Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
Mandarin speaking is a plus.
Salary offered: $75,000 - $85,000 base salary (depending on experience) + super + discretionary bonus.
