We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional value to our partners and clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Partnerships VIC.In this role, you will develop, drive, and execute the channel strategy across the Consumer Partners Financial Institutions, Mortgage Broker, and Automotive distributions. You will also lead the State's and National Account Management disciplines to achieve our Profit, Revenue, and People targets while proactively de-risking the business.Other key aspects of the role:Growth & Outperformance: Accountability for the growth and outperformance of the strategic consumer partners plan for our Victorian business.State Collaboration: Working closely with state-based counterparts to effectively communicate and implement the national strategy and sales/growth plans for each state, ensuring alignment and consistency for our national accounts and clients.Professional Services: Leading the VIC Business to provide professional services and standards to our partners to achieve and drive our growth targets, including executing the strategy across multiple channels.Retention & Satisfaction: Driving growth and retention of key and major accounts and work closely with the Sales Office to drive partner satisfaction.Strategic Partnerships: Acting as a strategic partner for the Sales Office, responsible for the local execution of the strategic national sales plan.Customer Obsession: Champion Customer Obsession, taking a lead role in driving our VOC & NPS strategy.Collaboration: Collaborating and working with internal and external teams to co-create customer-centric omni-channel experiences for our partners, and work with the Sales Office and Operations to develop plans with the Consumer COEs as required.Risk Monitoring: Working closely with senior management across relevant partners to understand key activities and monitor risk. This involves providing regular reporting and highlighting any high-risk behaviour in a timely manner.Compliance: Ensuring all distribution activities adhere to our internal policies and procedures, such as the Allianz Customer Protection Standards.Communication: Promoting Allianz's Board's risk appetite as well as key updates on risk and compliance initiatives via regular and proactive communication pieces, industry forums, and publications.Important to your success:Extensive General Insurance industry experience.Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a complex portfolio of accounts.Experience in developing high performing sales teams.Good technical knowledge of relevant lines of insurance and all associated legislation.Adept at proactively building and maintaining professional relationships and networks to enhance industry positioning, exchange knowledge, and elicit beneficial outcomes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.Ability to proactively identify business risks and assess and reduce the likelihood and impact.What's on offer?As we embed a customer obsession strategy across everything we do, you'll have an opportunity to drive innovation and transformation that delivers a tangible and meaningful impact on our people, our customers and our community.Enjoy a high-trust culture that empowers you to use your skills and abilities to achieve a meaningful impact.Feel supported to give something a go - try different things, take on new responsibilities and explore opportunities.Be part of a team that's open-minded, supportive, approachable and genuinely focused on customer outcomes.To apply please follow the online links and attach your resume and cover letter.Let's care for tomorrow.
