About your new company Our client is a fast-growing, privately-owned company with a focus on high performance and integrity.
They are seeking an Operational Risk Advisor to join their Motor Claims Recoveries and Settlements team.

Supportive team environment with a culture of high performanceCareer progression opportunities with continuous learningHybrid working model with work-from-home optionsAccess to company benefits, including wellness programsOpportunity to work for a market-leading, innovative companyDuties and responsibilities include: Provide expert advice and support to the Recoveries and Settlements leadership team on risk management strategyLead and facilitate risk and control identification workshopsDevelop and maintain risk registers, heat maps, and other risk management toolsConduct risk assessments, root cause analyses, and incident response activitiesMonitor and report on risks, incidents, and audit actionsCollaborate on regulatory responses and changes, ensuring complianceSupport the business continuity framework, conducting business impact assessments and recovery planningServe as a subject matter expert in risk and compliance, providing education and insights across the teamWhat you'll need to succeed: 2+ years of experience in a similar operational risk or compliance role, preferably within the financial services or insurance industryStrong understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements, including GICOP, Privacy, and Claims Handling standardsDemonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and solve complex problemsExperience in Incident Management, Risk Profile, and Third-Party Risk ManagementExcellent analytical and communication skillsIf this sounds like your next role, please apply now
