You will assess damage, report on the scope of work to complete, collect supporting evidence, and estimate project costs.
Additionally, you will supervise the work, coordinate trades, and ensure that all work is completed on time and to RPF quality standards.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has: A trade qualification in carpentry with a minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Supervisor/Estimator;A team-oriented and customer-focused disposition, coupled with an accountable and results-driven attitude;Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships;A current driver's licence with a clean driving history;Experience with home warranty insurance is desirable but not essential;Knowledge of site development and residential construction techniques, permitting and inspections;Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced team environment with the ability to manage competing priorities.We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
This is a full-time permanent position and remuneration will be paid commensurate with skills and experience.
