This is a 6-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of an extension.You will bring your proven IT Desktop Support experience to hit the ground running providing advice and guidance on all IT related matters for Rabobank staff in Australia and New Zealand and liaise with service desks in other Rabobank regions.The Workplace Support team work rotating shifts during operating hours (Monday to Friday 06:30-18:30 AEST).
The IT Desktop Support Analyst works in the office when scheduled while still accommodating hybrid working from home.
From time to time, the role requires working outside of normal office hours and public holidays.What will keep you busy: Provide technical telephone, in-person and remote assistance support for end user devices, Standard Operating Environment and applicationsEnsure Desktop Support Infrastructure is insulated from unauthorised access, virus infection or any security vulnerabilities and conforms to Rabobank Standards and PoliciesUpdate and maintain the Asset Management and CMDB system to ensure data integrityAssume ownership of user queries and co-ordinate escalation of calls to second-line and third-line supportEnsure business targets are delivered within agreed SLAsCollate statistical information for weekly and monthly reportsMaintain Workplace Support documentation and KnowledgebaseMaintain and Support the Mobile Device Management systemAssist with projects as requiredWhat you will bring to the role:2 years + experience in a Technical Service Desk / Desktop Support roleTeam player with a passion for IT and helping peopleKnowledge in PC hardware support, configuration and troubleshootingKnowledge in Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM)Technical qualifications in Microsoft technologiesSelf-reliant in managing own work queues and setting priorities in the resolution of problemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate clearly at all levelsCustomer focus and desire for personal improvementExperience in some of the following highly regarded: - Active Directory, MS Exchange, Office 216 /Office 365, Windows 7 and Windows 10, TCP/IP networking, Windows Server AdministrationOur ValuesRabobank Australia values inclusion, belonging, and positive experiences for all.
