Marketing Assistants/Coordinators (Marketing & Communications) Full time Roshana Pty Ltd is a privately owned provider of Aged Care, Home Care, Mental Health Care and Disability Support Services.
Our head office is based in WA, and we own and operate facilities in WA, QLD, VIC and NSW.
Established in 2001, Roshana Care Group has been at the forefront of providing Aged Care and Mental Health Care for over 20 years, with a commitment to high standards.
About the Role Working closely with staff, residents and families, the Marketing Coordinator role must identify, develop and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders and consult with the appropriate business unit representatives to provide tailored marketing plans and branding of all relevant sub groups of Roshana Group of Companies.
The main groups will include Aged Care, Home Care, Mental Health Care, NDIS Services, Consulate, Real Estate, and any future additions.
The Marketing Coordinator will develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet the company objectives by ensuring effective management of all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for the company.
Duties and Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop and execute daily social media content plans to engage the target audience.SEO and Keyword Management: Analyse SEO performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Content Creation and Coordination: Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers to develop high-quality content, including blogs and other marketing materials.Email Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns to effectively reach and engage the target audience.Product and Catalogue Management: Ensure all new products are promptly loaded onto the website, CRM, and catalogues.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate marketing plans, updates, and results to organizational stakeholders.Brand Management and Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing brand awareness strategies and campaigns.Marketing Operations and Budgeting.Essential Skills, Attributes and Experience: Previous experience in a marketing role using both digital and traditional marketing tools.Proven experience developing, creating, and implementing marketing strategies to drive campaigns and brand awareness.Demonstrates leadership and influencing skills.Sound understanding and application of marketing theory and practices, including the knowledge of and interest in digital marketing trends and analytics.Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.Demonstrated understanding of commercial awareness.Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications would be highly regarded.An understanding of contemporary Aged Care and Mental Health issues and opportunities (Desirable).Culture and Benefits: A competitive industry salary package commensurate with skills and experience.On the job training and development opportunities available.Access to Roshana Care Group Employee Assistance Program.Roshana Care Group respects and embraces diverse perspectives, experience, and traditions.Roshana Care Group values each employee's contribution towards achieving its business objectives.Our culture of compassion, respect, communication, teamwork and integrity not only supports the development of staff, but also ensures the wellbeing of all employees.How To Apply?
