Job Description We are looking for a professional and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team in our Maroochydore Head Office on a full-time basis.
This role is responsible for completing timely accounts receivable processing, as well as providing exceptional accounts and administration assistance to our finance department, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and the highest standard of customer service.
Monitoring and managing accounts receivable ledger on our ERP and Trust systems, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collection of paymentsProcessing Credit Applications and maintaining up-to-date documentation on all debtors and limits approvedBank reconciliationsPrepare and examine accounts receivable reports, highlighting trends and providing insight to managementLiaising with internal stakeholders, shared service function and management on financial related queriesMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with company policies and proceduresProviding general administration support to the financial team as requiredQualifications To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience:
Minimum 2+ years' previous experience in an Accounts Receivable positionSolid understanding of accounting legislation and processesEffective planning and organisational skills to manage pressure situations, multiple tasks and ability to work with a sense of urgencyAbility to deal sensitively and maturely with confidential information and recordsExcellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skillsAdvanced excel skillsExceptional attention to detail, numerical ability and data entry skillsAvailability to work full time hours, Monday – Friday.Additional Information Join our positive and vibrant team and be rewarded with these team benefits:
