We have an exciting opportunity available for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days / flexible 22.5 hours per week), based in our North Sydney office.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for:
Preparing employment contracts and paperwork, scheduling induction sessions, and liaising with Payroll.
Maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), personnel files, and all HR data.
Tracking probation end dates, generating letters, and liaising with line managers.
Ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
Managing purchase orders and invoices, filing, taking minutes, and reporting on HR metrics.
Providing administrative support to the broader HR team.
Working closely with Payroll and IT to ensure seamless HR operations.
About You:
The successful candidate will have:
Previous administration experience, preferably in HR.
High organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with IT applications including the Microsoft Office suite.
Good collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
A genuine interest in administrative tasks and a positive attitude towards administrative work.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improving and simplifying processes.
A curious nature, always eager to learn within the role.
