Content Manager – Jack Nimble

The Content Manager is a hybrid creative / strategist / producer, who works closely with clients to build their brand identity and social media presence through the development of always on and campaign based social-first content.

RESPONSIBILITIESWrite, plan, create and manage approvals for social media and digital contentManage production teams consisting of shooters, editors, animators and designers to get content madeBuild and maintain relationships with clientsStay on top of digital and social media trends and proactively identify new opportunities for clientsAnalyse and interpret reports to identify insights and new opportunities for clientsRun WIPs with clientsWork with the broader creative team to assist with creative presentations and brainstormsSKILLSIs a highly capable writer, able to generate a variety of materials in a range of 'voices'Is proficient in at least one of the programs in the Adobe Creative Suite (i.e.
Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva etc.
)Has a passion for social-first video content and a full understanding of the best specs, lengths and practicesHas a thorough understanding of the channels content is being produced for and the importance of producing bespoke / adapted content for eachHas their finger on the pulse with all things social, and can identify opportunities for their clients to get involved in trends, new platforms, content techniques, etc.Has a thorough understanding of the production process, capable of managing production outputs alongside producers and without the help of producers when requiredTakes on board feedback well, showing empathy at all timesHas strong organisational and communication skills, capable of multi-tasking various projectsHas a strong understanding of business requirements and challenges faced by clientsExcellent account management skills, ensuring each client feels like they are number oneDetail oriented, ensuring quality control of all internal and external workCapable of delegating tasks to content executives and junior creatives, and providing relevant feedback to make ideas betterPERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTConsistently deliver social-first content on time and on budgetIdentify opportunities for their clients to latch onto new social media trends, platforms and content techniquesKeep their clients happy and constantly coming back to Jack NimbleDemonstrate leadership qualities and an ability to work independentlyWHAT TO EXPECTContinuous learning is a huge part of our workplace culture.
