Job DescriptionThe Content Manager will craft and execute HCA's content strategy, driving brand awareness, client engagement, and growth.
Reporting to the Head of Brand and Content, this role manages content creation across digital and non-digital channels while supporting the organisation's design needs by producing visually compelling materials.
Ideal candidates are creative, strategic professionals with expertise in digital content and design.
Key Responsibilities include:Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy aligned with HCA's brand vision and "1HCA" goals.Create and curate engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and video platforms, supporting business objectives and client needs.Design on-brand visuals for digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, infographics, and promotional materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activities.Oversee HCA's digital platforms, optimizing content for SEO and engagement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across marketing, sales, and client services.Partner with the Communications Manager to support email marketing, PR, and client-facing materials.Work with external agencies and freelancers for specialized content production, including video and animation.Monitor content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Ensure all content aligns with HCA's brand voice, messaging, and quality standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Journalism, or a related field.3+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role with a strong portfolio in both content strategy and design.Proficiency in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or equivalent design software.Strong organizational skills, with experience managing content calendars and coordinating cross-channel campaigns.Analytical mindset with experience in using metrics and insights to guide content strategy and optimize performance.Additional InformationAbout HCA:Healthcare Australia (HCA) is Australia's largest specialist healthcare recruitment and staffing provider.
