The Role
The Customer Relationship Manager is a client-facing role, front of house at our new Marrickville clinic.
Daily activities will include:

Handling incoming calls and queries
Scheduling appointments
Processing billing and payments
Follow up on overdue accounts
Providing general administrative assistance to practice partners, managers and other team members as required.
Participate in meetings, staff training and development and performance reviews

The Company
Physio Inq Marrickville is a new clinic, that opened in January 2022.
In this short time we have grown quickly as our patients have found our down-to-earth yet practical approach to physiotherapy a refreshing change, and we are now a strong member of the local community.

The Clients/ Community
Located in Marrickville (Australia's second coolest suburb https://www.timeout.com/sydney/news/marrickville-is-officially-the-second-coolest-neighbourhood-in-australia-101222), a 10min stroll from Marrickville Train Station in Sydney's Inner West, we have a diverse spectrum of patients ranging from elite athletes and weekend warriors who need to be back on the field yesterday, to chronic pain and complex musculoskeletal presentations who require a multi-pronged biopsychosocial approach.

Prior customer service experience
Healthcare experience preferred but not required
Must be eligible to work permanently in Australia

Pay: $22.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
