This role is responsible for managing all Time/attendance activities within CCEP Australia to ensure all employees are paid correctly, on time and in line with all local legislation.The role will include managing two Time Specialists and will be based at our Northmead office.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGResponsible for the successful evaluation, creation, implementation, and execution of time solutions in accordance with paid time off and pay practices and policies both within CCEP and within Australian legal practices.Drive time & pay practice standardisation, automation, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the team.Process multiple time/attendance and all associated activity in line with monthly timelines.Carry out audit checks on monthly basis and SOX Control.Collaborate within the broader People Services function but also cross-functionally to ensure accuracy of time inputs, to ensure process adherence for inputs as well as timings being aligned with payroll into the system.Support Industrial Relations, P&C business partner teams, and Legal during union negotiations and contract renewals by providing requested data, analysis, and recommendations for system feasibility for time and attendance.Lead the change management of newly implemented processes on sites or as applicable.Leadership, development, and performance management of the HR Time & Attendance Specialist roles.Drive results on special projects, initiatives as required.Responsible for ensuring SLAs are met on requests from our employees and managers through our service management platform (Genie).Assist with issue resolution with IT, vendors, HR teams and sites and manage and support 3rd party vendor partners where applicable alongside our IT function (BPT).LET'S TALK ABOUT YOUHighly proficient with Time knowledge and processing.Strong process improvement mindset.Previous people management preferred but not essential.Experience with UKG Pro Timekeeper, other HR systems (SAP/ Successfactors) and integrations highly desirable.Strong business, HR and financial acumen.Driven to deliver exceptional customer and employee experience.Ability to work with agility.Continuous improvement mindset.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?Working with one of the world's most recognisable brands.Free monthly product allowances to share with family and friends (including Coca-Cola, Mount Franklin, Monster, and more
