We're excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager for Fortitude Valley to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in optical dispensing, retail management or both, looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the daily operations of the practiceLead, motivate, and support a teamDrive business growth by identifying opportunities and implementing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and revenueManage scheduling, rostering, and inventory to ensure efficiency and seamless service deliveryMaintain high standards of customer service and act as a role model for the teamDevelop and implement team training to enhance product knowledge and customer engagementMonitor and report on business performance metrics, including sales, customer retention, and operational efficiencyAbout You:Experience in optics and/or retail management is essentialProven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approachExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailApply TodayIf you're a highly motivated and energetic individual with a passion for eyewear and team leadership, we'd love to hear from you
