Job Alert: General Practice and Medical Administration ProfessionalsWe are recruiting to the newly created Practice Manager role at Blackall.
This position will require an organised, efficient multitasker able to provide direction and leadership to the multidisciplinary team.
Experience in General Practice would be advantageous but not essential.
The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders and modify their communication style accordingly.
They must also be able to navigate legislation that spans Hospital and Health Service and General Practice operations.
What's involved – The purpose of this role is to lead, collaborate, and manage the daily General Practice operations, to ensure excellent care and cost-effective primary health services are delivered.
In this important team leadership role, you will act as an information resource and ambassador to patients/consumers, staff, and colleagues and hold key responsibilities for quality general practice service delivery.
As a Central West Health employee, you will be well remunerated with a competitive full-time package of up to $10,921 per month.
Your benefits include generous employer superannuation contribution up to 12.75%; salary packaging to increase your take-home pay; 17.5% annual leave loading; career development opportunities; housing or rental assistance.
It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, pertussis, and influenza during their employment.
About Central West Hospital and Health Service - We are responsible for the delivery of healthcare services to communities across a vast region covering 20.6 percent of Queensland.
As a rural and remote hospital and health service, Central West HHS provides a range of community, primary, and hospital-based services and has formed strong partnerships with other service providers to collectively support the holistic care of the people of the Central West.
