Job Description About The Role The Head of Product - Direct Hirer is responsible for managing, defining, building and delivering products that transform our business model for hirers.
As owner of a high profile strategic product portfolio, the role has responsibility for products, services and new initiatives of high strategic importance, dedicated to solving important problems for SEEK and hirers.
This role will also be responsible for the leadership of a highly capable team of product experts.
Responsibilities Experienced Leader: Proven background in B2B/B2C product management, ideally within online marketplaces or ecommerce.Agile Expert: Deep understanding of agile software development and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.Strategic Problem solver: Ability to set clear goals, prioritize effectively, and navigate complex challenges.Passionate Innovator: Energetic, creative, and dedicated to making a difference for SEEK and our customers.Qualifications Proven Product Leadership: You've got experience in product management, ideally in B2B, B2C, online marketplaces or ecommerce.
