Westpac One will provide a single digital interface to WIB's new 'core' cash management solution and restyled Corporate Online screens.
How will I help?
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the new Westpac One platform.
You will lead the definition, elicitation, prioritisation and validation of requirements, as well as the design of business processes to meet the digital project requirements.
You will also be responsible for constructing the business case and benefits realisation plan, specifically analysing the proposed solution to deliver the desired business outcome and associated project costs.
Other key requirements include: Manage the development of detailed Business Requirements, Business Process Specifications and/or System Functional/Non-Functional Specifications that will drive the desired change to business process, system enhancement/development activities Review and revise documentation considering any new information and/or changes to initial assumptions, including implications for project time, cost, quality and risk Identify stakeholders, developing and maintaining collaborative working relations within your immediate team as well as cross-divisional Lead smaller teams in eliciting and analysing business requirements Lead regular status reporting as it relates to the project including progress and risks Understand and adhere to enterprise methodologies and processes such as the Transformation Delivery Standards (TDS) Support testing, training and implementation activities to ensure the successful delivery of the overall business and digital solutions Ensure that risks (project and operations) are managed in accordance with set risk frameworks, including governance and escalation frameworks Prepare business impact and risk assessments for the proposed change and/or recommended business solution which mitigates the risks with associated costs and benefits What's in it for me?

What do I need?
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a Project Manager or as a Senior/Business Analyst delivering digital projects, ideally in Financial Services or Banking).
You must also be an adaptable and creative individual with demonstratable expertise in managing agile project squads, processes, and tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
Some further advantageous skills include: Expert in process mapping, and experience working on delivering solutions for both internal and external customers Expert in digital/agile project processes and tools such as Confluence and JIRA Experience managing and meeting priorities across more than one program at a time Self-starter and the ability to navigate through ambiguity Experience applying a risk mindset and commercial acumen Strong communication and influencing skills and experience in managing significant expectations amongst diverse stakeholders Previous client interaction/relationship management experience is beneficial What's it like to work there?
