IUA is experiencing strong growth within the marketplace and requires a dynamic, innovative Marketing Coordinator to support business growth in the Marketing team in our Brisbane Head Office.Reporting to the Deputy General Manager – Marketing, this role is responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager - Production, forming part of the wider Production team.
This position will be a key support to IUA's development and production of a number of core marketing initiatives.About youYou have proven experience in marketing with a focus on campaign management and production.
As a strong communicator, your written and verbal communication and attention to detail is your strength.You'll have a "roll your sleeves up" work ethic along with flexibility to travel.
You need to love what you do and bring passion and energy to what you do every day.
Product knowledge of IUA vehicles will be highly regarded.About the roleIUA's marketing campaigns have included 'Isuzu D-MAX Life Reinvigorated,' 'Isuzu MU-X Live Your Own Way,' 'Service Plus,' and most exciting of all, IUA's new vehicle launches.As a Marketing Coordinator - Production, some of your key responsibilities will include:Support the marketing team to develop brand & retail campaigns;Coordinate the design and development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, print advertising, spec sheets, flyers, posters, and social media imagery;Provide accurate reporting on marketing activities results and costs;Liaise with external suppliers;Assist with artwork amends & image resizes using Adobe Suite.The ideal skills and experience are:1 to 2 years marketing/ad agency experience;Strong project coordination and administration skills;Coordination of campaign artwork creation and development across print and TV;Strong knowledge of key direct marketing techniques/activities and marketing principles;Liaising and coordinating with external suppliers;Ability to measure, evaluate & report on campaigns;Possession of Open Manual Drivers Licence.What we offerIUA employees are diversely supported as we recognise that our people are the core to the success of our business.We offer a range of benefits for you, including:Annual leave loading;Subsidised private health insurance and annual health and wellbeing initiatives;Subsidised vehicle lease program;On-site parking for all staff;Extensive learning and development training program;Flexible working arrangements;Paid overtime for any additional hours required.IUA understands that success stems from fostering a passionate team committed to innovation, collaboration and quality.
