No two days are the same hereClose to shops and great restaurantsThe Role As the Administration and Marketing Coordinator, you'll support the team with top-notch admin and marketing expertise, and;
Oversee the daily operations of leasing and sales administrationProvide administrative and marketing support to a team of agents.Assist in the production and collation of marketing materials, social media content, media releases etcLiaise with stakeholdersOther administrative tasksThe Criteria A strong understanding of administrative and real estate sales processesExperience in the property industry is desirable.Proficiency in CRM software management and accurate data entry.Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Suite tools (InDesign, Photoshop) would be greatExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and work with urgencyProactivity, attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.Please call Tara Stokes @ GOUGH on or simply hit APPLY NOW.
