The Opportunity
Due to organic growth and continued success, our client has an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join their team and assist with their new build projects - specifically, within education.
There is a progression plan in place for the successful CA.
First year running your own projects then developing into a Senior CA by running larger scale projects, leading into a junior PM and so forth.

Our client is a leader in building commercial projects from concept through to completion.
Our client is established in the Lower North Shore of Sydney and delivers projects across metro and regional NSW, valued up to $40mil.
Operating for over 25 years, they value their staff retention and offer succession plans like no other.

As the Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for:
Preparing, collating and evaluating tender documentation (including award).
Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules.
Progress claim assistance and external variations.
Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts.
Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim.
Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants.
Administration of the project HSE system.
Managing contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Ensuring that the scope of work of each subcontractor is contracted and adhered to.
Maintaining accurate records of contracts and related documents.
Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
To be successful for this role, you must meet the below criteria:
Tertiary education in Construction Management or equivalent.
Strong experience as a CA in commercial construction.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Car and valid license.
New Build Experience is a plus.
