Are you an experienced human resource professional?Are you an organised, team player who values communication and people enablement?Do you want to be a key contributor to Australia's Nuclear-Powered Submarine capability?If so, you might be the person we are looking for to be an EL1 Assistant Director Human Resources within the Nuclear-Powered Submarine Regulatory Design (NPSRD) team.As part of a small team, the EL1 Assistant Director Human Resources will lead and provide a wide range of HR and people related services to support the workforce and the build of the future ANNPSR, which include, but are not limited to:Innovating, leading and contributing to HR build activities for the future ANNPSR, including managing NPSRD change management activities;Providing complex HR support ensuring NPSRD Executive are provided advice, guidance and the tools required to manage their workforce;Developing and implementing strategies and plans including the management of talent, APS recruitment and onboarding activities;Develop and maintain integrated workforce planning and reporting contribution to attraction, retention and remuneration strategies;Developing internal General Practice Instructions and other documentation.About our TeamAs part of the NPSRD team, you will be working at the cutting edge of the regulation of Defence capability, supported by professionalisation pathways so you can continue to develop, along with unique and varied career opportunities.The NPSRD team are deeply committed to the success of the establishment of the Australian Naval Nuclear Power Safety Regulator and are seeking people who share the same dedication.
